Safe + Sound Charcoal Black Tongue Cleaner

Usage

Debris, bacteria and dead cells can build up on your tongue over time, which can lead to bad breath and have a negative impact on your overall health. To correctly clean your tongue using Safe and Sound Health’s Black Tongue Cleaner: 1. Standing in front of a mirror and stick your tongue out 2. Gently set the rounded end of the Black Tongue Cleaner at the back of your tongue (Start at the middle of your tongue is you’re worried about gagging) 3. Slowly pull the Black Tongue Cleaner forward towards the tip of your tongue 4. After each scrape, wash the tongue cleaner with a washcloth or tissue 5. Repeat until you have scraped the entire surface of your tongue 6. Wash your Black Tongue Cleaner with warm water and soap. Dry and store in a clean, dry area 7. Repeat daily
