During this peak period, we recommend placing your order as early as possible to ensure timely delivery as there are always delays in the courier depots due to the high volume of parcels being sent at this time.

The map below is a guide to when you should place your order by to ensure delivery. We cannot guarantee delivery by Christmas for any orders placed after our recommended dates. We are unable to accept change of mind returns or refund orders not received by Christmas when ordered after these dates. We know from long experience that there are delivery issues when ordering very close to Christmas so we would rather not have your order than see you our valued customer let down by a courier issue that we have no control over. 

You are fully covered by us though for any items deemed lost by the carriers.
